8 oz cream cheese ( room temp)

6-8 jalapeños

Bacon ( cooked crispy)

Sharp cheddar cheese

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees

-Spray casserole dish with non stick spray

-Cut your chicken into bitesize pieces add to bottom of casserole dish

-Dice your jalapeños ( remove seeds if you want less heat)

-Take your softened cream cheese ( if you forget to set out like me, microwave in 30 second increments until it’s soft to spread) add to bowel add your 3/4 of your diced jalapeños and fold in.

-Layer cream cheese and jalapeños mixture over you bitesize pieces of checker

– Layer shredded sharp cheddar

– add bacon

– add the rest of your jalapeños on top

– cook at 350 degrees for 30 min
