Homemade Veggie Stock Powder
Makes: 10 teaspoons
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons of sea salt or 1 tablespoon for less sodium
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of celery seed not celery salt
1 dried bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper optional but recomended
Put all the ingredients in a small blender or food processor and blend until they become a fine powder, about 20 seconds.
Keep it in a clean jar or airtight container in your cupboard.
To make stock, mix 1 teaspoon of the powder with 1 cup of hot water.
