Ingredients:
- 3 mashed fresh bananas
- Some coconut biscuits( from the store)😅
- 600ml of almond drink
- 2tbs stevia
- 3 spoons of rice flour
- Vanilla extract
- And my secret 🤫 cardamon 🤯
Instructions:
Take the rice flour, mix it with vanilla extract and the cold almond drink,
just a few spoons of it, to blend it all nice and creamy but a bit runny…
In a pot we put to boil the almond drink with the cardamon seeds.
When it’s boiling, we add the flour mixture that we did at the begining😊
Mixing on a lower heat about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how quick it thickens.
We let it cool for about 10 min, and then we prepare the biscuits…
On the lower and the last layer of biscuits i put some peanutbutter toðŸ¤
And the puding layer added some chocolate chips as wel… cuz why not!??? 🤯
Place it in the fridge or freezer if you in a rush like me and the boys were🤣
