3 pounds chicken legs, boneless, skinless
1 cup soy sauce
1 glass of water
1 glass of sugar
5 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 ginger root, cut thinly and lengthwise

Instructions
There should be enough marinade that you can stir the chicken freely.
If it is difficult to mix, you need to add more sauce. Combine the water and soy sauce, and then dissolve the sugar in the liquid. Add desired amount of ginger and garlic. Add the chicken.
Soak the chicken in the marinade for at least 24 hours. Also, if you want to eat the chicken sooner, you can boil it in the sauce immediately after cooking.
Once you’ve marinated the chicken, you’re ready to grill.
Grill chicken as you would any other meat.
Add some fresh teriyaki sauce to the pot and steam the grilled chicken, making the chicken very tender and juicy.
