Green Lentil Meatballs
- Materials
- ️1.5 cups green lentils
- ️4 glasses of water
- ️4 tablespoons of olive oil
- ️ 1 piece of onion
- ️2 cloves of garlic
- ️A little chopped parsley
- ️1 cup of breadcrumbs
- ️2 teaspoons of salt
- ️2 teaspoons of dried mint
- Cup size: 200 ml
Instructions
Boil the lentils with 4 glasses of water for about 30 minutes. Drain the boiled lentils.
Saute the chopped onions in olive oil in a pan.
In a bowl, add the fried onions, parsley, garlic cloves, breadcrumbs, spices and boiled lentils.
Knead all the ingredients well and fry them until they turn into a round shape in oil in a pan. You can serve it with vegan yogurt if you wish.
