250 ml. water,
an incomplete teaspoon of dry yeast.
2 teaspoons of sugar.
20 gr. sunflower oil,
incomplete teaspoon of salt,
dry onion,
400-450 grams of flour.
Mix everything, knead the dough and let it rest for a couple of hours in a warm place.
Make buns the size of a walnut.
Put in the form.
Bake for half an hour at 360-370.
Grate three cloves of garlic, mix with three tablespoons of oil and three tablespoons of water. Add a pinch of salt and parsley.
Drizzle hot (right out of the oven) buns with garlic water. Give 10 minutes to rest.
