1/4 Cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
2 Tbsp Mayo
1 Egg
1/4 Tbsp Grated Pork Rinds
1/2 Tsp Salt and Pepper
Buffalo Sauce:
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
4 Tbsp Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
2-3 Tbsp Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Chicken:
Mix all ingredients and shape into ‘burger’ shape
Fry in olive oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side
Once cooked, add your favourite cheese to the top of the bun (while it’s still cooking)�
Buffalo Sauce:
Add all ingredients to a pan and cook on low heat while stirring continuously until cheese is melted, and everything’s combined.�
