Buffalo Sauce:⁠
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese⁠
4 Tbsp Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce⁠
2-3 Tbsp Chicken Broth⁠
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese⁠

⁠INSTRUCTIONS:⁠
Chicken:⁠
Mix all ingredients and shape into ‘burger’ shape⁠
Fry in olive oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side⁠
Once cooked, add your favourite cheese to the top of the bun (while it’s still cooking)�⁠
Buffalo Sauce:⁠
Add all ingredients to a pan and cook on low heat while stirring continuously until cheese is melted, and everything’s combined.�⁠
