°1 pound mince
°1 small onion cubes
°1 teaspoon chopped garlic
°Salt and pepper to taste
° 3 1/2 cup beef broth
°1 Small sliced tomato box (15 oz)
° 1 Can Tomato Soup 10.5 oz
°2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
°2 teaspoons Italian season
° 1 bag 16 ounce frozen mixed vegetables
° 2 Medium potatoes of any kind, we use russet
In a large saucepan of stock or Dutch oven, add the mince, onion and garlic and cook until the meat is pink and the onion is transparent.
Add salt and pepper and stir.
Mix beef broth, tomatoes, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian spices, vegetables and potatoes.
Bring to a simmer, cover and simmer for 30 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
