Ingredients
- 1 batch of BBQ cauliflower wings
- 2 tortillas
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- Extra bbq Sauce
Instructions
- Slice tomato and romaine lettuce.
- Spread BBQ Sauce over the tortilla. Add cauliflower bites, tomato, and romaine.
- Wrap it up and enjoy!
Notes
- Don’t overstuff the wrap: Otherwise, you risk tortilla breakage.
- Turn it into a salad bowl: Assemble all the filling ingredients and serve with tortilla or pita chips. For a heartier meal, add a grain (like brown rice or quinoa), too.
- Adjust to your dietary requirements: Use gluten-free wraps, sugar-free BBQ sauce, etc.
