Ingredients

  • 1 batch of BBQ cauliflower wings
  • 2 tortillas
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • Extra bbq Sauce

Instructions

  • Slice tomato and romaine lettuce.
  • Spread BBQ Sauce over the tortilla. Add cauliflower bites, tomato, and romaine.
  • Wrap it up and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don’t overstuff the wrap: Otherwise, you risk tortilla breakage.
  • Turn it into a salad bowl: Assemble all the filling ingredients and serve with tortilla or pita chips. For a heartier meal, add a grain (like brown rice or quinoa), too.
  • Adjust to your dietary requirements: Use gluten-free wraps, sugar-free BBQ sauce, etc.
