Ingredients:
- 300 g chestnut mushrooms halved
- 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- lemon juice to serve
- garnish with herbs
Instructions:
Toss the mushrooms in the seasoning.
Preheat the air fryer to 380F.
Transfer the mushrooms to the air fryer and cook for 7 minutes in a larger air fryer or 10-12 minutes in a smaller air fryer.
Drizzle lemon juice, season with extra sea salt, and garnish with herbs.
Notes:
Recipes were cooked in 6 qt air fryers and hence it cooks quickly. . If using a smaller air fryer like 3- 4qt, the recipe may take a little longer to cook, so adjust the cooking time.
