Air Fryer Fried Pickles are one of my favorites! This is a Texas Road House Copycat Fried Pickle recipe. To make it even better it is made right in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced dill pickles
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tbs cajun spice 
  • 1/2 tbs cayenne pepper
  • Olive Oil or cooking spray
  • 1 cup gluten-free panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour and spices.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  3. Coat sliced pickles with flour mixture.
  4. Place in a single layer in your air fryer.
  5. Spray with a cooking spray or olive oil.
  6. Air Fry on 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip over pickles and spray with cooking spray.
  8. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Remove and serve.
